1. Eligibility:
This contest is open to new and existing Paymi members who are residents of Canada and have reached the age of majority in their province of residence as of the start of the contest period. To be eligible, participants must have a valid Paymi account with a connected credit or debit card and must spend a minimum of $500.00 CAD (inclusive of taxes) with SkipTheDishes ("Skip") between January 26, 2024, and May 31, 2024 (the "Contest Period"). Employees, representatives, or agents of the Contest Organizer, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, contest sponsors, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

2. Entry Methods:
Paymi members are automatically entered into the contest once they have spent $500.00 CAD (inclusive of taxes) with Skip during the Contest Period and have linked a valid credit or debit card to their Paymi account. Eligible purchases include all completed and non-refunded transactions made with Skip during the Contest Period. No alternate means of entry will be accepted.

3. Prize Details:
One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of 500,000 Skip points, equivalent to $500.00 CAD ("Prize"). The Prize will be issued into the selected winner's Skip account. The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be accepted as awarded, subject to the conditions herein.

4. Winner Selection Process:
All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be entered into a random draw to be held on June 5, 2024. The selected entrant will be contacted via the email associated with their Paymi account. To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance and comply with all Contest Rules. Additionally, the selected entrant must acknowledge their win and accept the Prize within ten (10) business days of being notified. Failure to acknowledge the win or accept the Prize within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and another entrant may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

5. Legal Disclaimers:
By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Contest. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Skip. Participants release the Contest Organizer, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, contest sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any Prize won. All personal information collected for this Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy, unless the participant has otherwise agreed.

6. Compliance with Laws:
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations of Canada. The Contest Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial, or municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsor. Void where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.

These Contest Rules are subject to change without notice to ensure compliance with any applicable laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsor.
